Hand-built for Michael Messer by Dave King
This guitar is a semi-acoustic electric, the body is a solid piece of
mahogany
routed out with a solid flame-maple top and the neck is birds-eye maple.
This instrument is fitted with a 1950's Oahu lap steel pick-up and bridge,
the neck pick-up is
a repro' Danelectro lipstick. This guitar is designed for slide playing.
The mixture of the 50's
pick-up
and the hand-made high quality guitar is just superb.
